big bugs

when beck was a toddler he was obsessed with bugs and snakes. there were constantly fake insects and creepy crawlers laying all around our home. tonight he picked out a few he suddenly wanted nothing to do with. beck called me into his bedroom and pointed to these little guys "momma, will you please pick these up and get rid of them?" i love how one minute he is done with these four forever and the next he can't stop poking them as i'm taking pictures. :)

if beck and i were stranded on a desert island with only 10 children's books which books would we choose?

and we would never get tired of reading them.

beck is 100 days smarter

today was beck's 100th day of kindergarten. to celebrate the special day students had to find 100 items around their home and bring them to school. beck was so proud of his final project. :) the other day beck said "momma, what if a burglar breaks in and steals my project?!"
