before we left for jellystone, i hit up a thriftstore and scored these sweet shorts for beck.
he also rocked my favorite t-shirt.
beck and little benny spent the first day swimming. swimming in t-shirts for some reason. :)
then my cousin, nick, had the bright idea to buy the boys some water guns. i'm just thankful i was far far away and dry. i'm sure nick regret his purchase after the boys spent most of their time attacking him.
nana did nothing but feed the boys sugar for two days straight. i'm surprised their little teeth didn't rot out of their heads. then i was the lucky one who got to sleep in a tent with beck, benny, two light sabers and their sugar high. below are a few photos to show what i had to deal with. :) i didn't sleep much.
i also didn't sleep much thanks to the dudes shooting off fireworks at midnight, driving golf carts around and honking the horns and thanks to the chick that enjoys singing on the top of her lungs and playing guitar at 3 am. the dude i would really love to thank personally is the drunk 400lb 40 year old guy who literally ran into me while i was leaving the bathroom at 1am and then went into the ladies bathroom, flipped the lights on and off about 50 times and kept shouting "boobies! boobies! boobies!" over and over again. beck has been walking around for days saying "boobies!" and laughing hysterically.
i bought the little dudes matching wallets to help them remeber our trip.
beck also got these two bracelets.
boys like pink too.
we had a great time.
lol...do you remember camping with all us girls were in that tent and in the middle of the night we started screaming at the top of our lung from a daddy long leg spider....and then my dad came in all up-set claiming we woke the entire camp ground. Sounds like they had it good compared to your camping trip! haha
ReplyDeletei do remember, but my version is a little different than yours. i remember YOU and BETH screaming because there was a daddy long leg in the tent and waking up the entire camp ground. :) i miss those times.
