hair cut update

megan and mallory are the two lovely ladies that normally do our hair. mallory is here in chicago and megan in indiana. we love them both. a new little shop opened on the corner near our place (floyd's) and hair cuts are 1/2 price for their grand opening. yesterday i just wanted to get the hair out of beck's eyes so we stopped in to get a quick cut. beck's cut turned out to be cute, but not exactly what he wanted. oh, well.  next cut we will get what we want.  the sad thing is my little dude left with a sliced ear. he was already super freaked because she used an electric razor on him. then she sliced his little ear and he jumped so high in his seat. :(  poor dude. after his cut beck had to wait while i got a bang trim. while he was waiting, the lady at the front desk gave him markers and told him he could draw on the wall. beck drew this super awesome blue robot. i should've taken a picture. i think he left pumped because of that. oh, mallory and megan. we miss you!!!

we hung out at the park and had a picnic after the haircut. beck met this blonde, bossy girl in pig tails.  beck's face lit up when she wanted to play. he totally let her boss him around with a big smile on his face the entire time. she kept calling him "ben" and he didn't even care to correct her. i told that blonde his name is "beck," but she said "ben is close enough." oh snap!  :)  beck kept running back to me to giggle and tell me about this girl. below are a few photos i snapped of super pumped beck.
